High Efficiency Air Swept Coal Mill 200Mesh Size
Air swept coal mill is both grinding and drying ideal coal powder processing equipment, with the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection.
Powder fineness is more than 85% through 200 mesh screen, and water less than2%, is an Ideal pulvercoal processing equipment for industrial kiln, which can be used not only for grinding but also for drying.
Working principle :
Feeding equipment supplies raw coal into the slip. While material slipping, a hot wind with a temperature of about 300ºC also uses the inlet duct to enter the ball mill and dry the raw coal;
The raw coal enters the ball mill through the feeding helix. In the ball mill, a certain amount of grinding media is installed in the warehouse. Due to the cylinder rotation, the liner takes the grinding media to a certain height, then use the impact energy and friction when landing to break and grind the raw coal.
While the raw coal is broken and ground, the induced draft fan absorbs the ground fine powder together with the already used hot wind through the discharging device of ball mill. The mixture of fine powder and heat air passes through a specially set powder selection machine, it will select the unqualified coarse powder, Send it back to the mill for regrinding.
