Rotary dryer Usage and application :
Gypsum Drum dryer is mainly used for drying materials with some moisture and granularity in ore beneficiation, building material, metallurgy and chemical department. Drum dryer has high adaptability to the materials so that it can be used for drying all kinds of materials, and in addition, the operation of this equipment is simple and reliable, for this reason, it gets wide application.

The consumption of coal and electricity of the dryer in our company can be lower 10% to 15% than the normal dryers, with the production ratio higher than 10% to 15%.
The Structure for the Rotary Dryer
Rotary dryer consists of the main drum, feeding part, discharging part, big gear, pinion gear, riding rollers, small rollers, reduer, motor etc. The outer motor drives the big gear and then the dryer works.The heating method includes downstream, upstream.

The heat source of Dryer Machine is coming from burning device, with this type of dryer adopting the heat ways of concurrent flow. Thus, the materials should be added from the feeding box and the feeding gutter to the cylinder.
Since the dryer is put slantly, some of the materials are flowing to the trailing end under the gravity and the rotary force, other materials are risen by the shoveling plate over and over again to the upper and then being scattered to form an even curtain.
Rotary Dryer Features:
1. Shell adopts assembled structure, and its precision has been improved a lot, which will be convenient for transport.
2. According to different fuel properties, suuitable lifters will be used. This can make material receive more heat exchange.
3. Sealing is simple but efficient, which can improve capacity and improve whole machine performance.
4. Its matching combustion furnance is energy-saving type, which takes small area and is easy to adjust.
