Large Feed Size Single Stage Fine Crusher For Cement Clinker
DPX series single-stage fine crusher, also known as "three-in-one" fine crusher, can realize coarse, medium and fine crushing in one step. It is a good choice for crushing limestone, gypsum and coal gangue.
DPX single-stage fine crusher has smaller product particle size (80%<5mm), and equipment investment is 35-50% lower than traditional process equipment of the same scale. The long-term operation and management cost is about 30% lower than that of the traditional process equipment system of the same scale.
In the raw meal preparation system of the cement industry, two-stage crushing equipment is usually used for calcareous raw materials, and the particle size of the crushed products is generally about 20mm. In order to fully improve the production efficiency of the grinding system and reduce the power consumption of grinding, it is a very effective method to adopt the process technology of "more crushing and less grinding" (change two-stage crushing into three-stage crushing) to make the crushed product reach below 8mm.
Single stage fine crusher working principle :
The large pieces of material are fed into the crushing cavity and placed on the special intermediate bracket in the machine. The hammer head runs in the gap of the intermediate bracket, and the large pieces of material are continuously crushed and dropped. The hammer head is further hit and broken, and finally discharged after the arc-shaped grate plate is integrated into the grid.
