Product Description
The capacity mainly vary between 50-500thp. And in order to meet the different demands of customers, the production line can equip with cone crusher, dust removal equipment and other equipment. It is suitable for the materials like hard limestone, granite, basalt, pebble, metallurgy slag and artificial sand making work. It is widely used in the industries of hydroelectric, building materials, highway, and urban construction. And according to different technological requirement, various types of equipment can be combined to meet the demands of different customers.
According to the hardness of stone, there have two kinds of production line .
(1) Soft stone (including limestone , concrete , bricks ,asphalt ect)

1 Big material is fed to the hammer crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for one crushing successfully 2 the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. 3. The parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. 4. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer's specific requirement.
