PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher is used to crush brittle materials, like gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone
etc. The compressive strength of material cannot exceed 100Mpa and surface moisture not more than 15%.
Ring hammer crusher Working principle
When the materials get into ring hammer crusher first they are crushed by the hammer shock with the high-speed rotor operation, the broken material gain the energy from the outer of ring hammer at the same time and at a high speed crush to the broken board to be crushed again.
Then they fall into the sieve of ring hammer crusher and they will get further crushed by shearing, extrusion, milling and the interaction between materials of the ring hammer. Then they are discharged through sieve. The debride can not be broken will get into the metal collector to get a regular clear.
