Impact crusher usage and applitation :
Impact crushers are utilized in aggregates production, mining operations, as well as in recycling applications. Depending on the type of an impact crusher, they are known for either high reduction ratios or capabilities to produce precisely shaped, cubical end products. Impact crushers can be used in all different stages of size reduction from primary crushing to the last step of the crushing process. The impact crusher has a compact structure and strong rigidness, and the rotor has big rotational inertia, It adopts high chromium plate so that it has shock resistance, abrasion resistance, and big impacting force.
Impact crusehr working principle :
impact crusher is composed of chassis, rotor and impact plate, which is of simple structure. In operating process of impact crushing machine, plate hammer and rotor rotate in high speed and impact with materials; in the repeated impacting process, materials will collide with each other. Due to collision between materials and impact of plate hammer and impact plate, materials generates fissure and dehiscence until they are being crushed. When large materials and materials which are hard to crush are sandwiched between rotor and impact plate, impact plate is suffered from high pressure, thus making impact force backward so as to make materials which are hard to crush go through and prevent rotor from being damaged.
Impact crusher features:
1. Large feeding port and high crushing cavity, suitable to crushing the material with high hardness and big grain size, and less powder.
2. The gap between impact plate and hammer plate is adjustable, so the discharging grain size can be effective controlled and the grain shape is well.
3. The hammer, impact plate and lining plate are made of new type abrasion-proof material with long working life and impact protection, wear protection.
4. Because of the function of three-stage crushing and plastic, the crushing ratio is high, and the product shape is cube and can optional crushing.
5. The multi-function hydraulic station has many function of hydraulic discharge gap with high speed, impact plate stable vibration and the body open automatically..
