Vibrating screen application:

Vibrating screen is a kind of screening equipment which relies on different amplitudes to screen out materials with different granularities and then move to the next working procedure. The difference between circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen is that circular vibrating screen is doing circular motion, which is a new type of multi layers and efficient screening equipment.
Vibrating screen is the essential screening equipment in all kinds of sand production lines, which is mainly used for the screening of dry materials in metallurgy, coal, ore and other materials. It is widely used for products classification in mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industry and other industries. Vibration screen also has other names, such as vibratory screen and vibrating screen machine.
Vibrating screen structure :
YK Series vibrating screen is mainly composed of screening box, exciter, hanging device and electromotor.
• The electromotor drives the principal axis of the exciter to rotate through v-shaped belt, and under the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced materials on the exciter, the screen box will gain vibration and it can gain different vibration amplitudes through changing the eccentric block of the exciter.
Vibrating screen working principle:
The circular vibrator is driven by an inertial vibrator with an eccentric block fixed in it, which makes the sieve box vibrate. Because of the position deviation of the vibrator installation, the actual motion track of the sieve box is usually ellipse. The machine mainly comprises a sieve box, a screen mesh, a vibrator, a vibration-damping spring device, a chassis, a suspension(or support)device,and an electric motor. In addition, the vibrator adopts the eccentric structure, the feeding box can be selected, the application of the feeding box increases the effective screening area of the vibrating screen, and the service life of the feeding end screen is prolonged.
