This stone  crushing plant production line,stone crusher plant  is used for producing building aggregate, concrete, aggregate for road surface and roadbed, asphalt concrete and cement concrete, which is also can be used for sand making and shaping in the field of engineering .
The capacity mainly vary between 50-500thp. And in order to meet the different demands of customers, the production line can equip with cone crusher, dust removal equipment and other equipment. It is suitable for the materials like hard limestone, granite, basalt, pebble, metallurgy slag and artificial sand making work. It is widely used in the industries of hydroelectric, building materials, highway, and urban construction. According to the hardness of stone, there have two kinds of the stone  production line /stone crusher plant:

(1) Soft stone (including limestone , concrete , bricks ,asphalt ect)

Process of stone crushing production line 
1 Big material is fed to the hammer crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for one crushing successfully 2 the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. 3. The parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. 4. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer's specific requirement.
